For foundations and charity galas

The auction is where the evening makes its money. Treat it that way.

A gala lives or dies on twenty minutes of bidding. Those minutes deserve better than paddles-and-spotters guesswork or a platform that quietly keeps five percent of what your donors gave.

Building it all is free. You pay once, when you open the real bidding.

A large charity gala: a full hall of guests at candlelit tables facing a stage screen that reads "together we change lives", with one guest raising a numbered bidding paddle.

Platforms that take a cut, take it from the cause

Five percent of an €80,000 evening is €4,000 of donated money. We charge a flat price you can put in the budget beforehand, and nothing of what you raise — the whole difference goes where your donors intended.

Half the guest list could not come

Put a live stream from the room on the bidding page and remote guests hear your auctioneer while they bid on the same lots at the same moment. A patron in another country bids like a table guest.

High-value lots need care

Hidden reserves so nothing sells below its worth, proxy bidding for guests who leave early, a buyer’s premium if your model uses one, and the power to void a mistaken bid without drama. On the wall: first names only.

An auction evening in progress: a laptop with the list of lots, a printed card with a QR code, a phone showing the current bid with a countdown, and a printed results sheet with the winners.

What the evening itself looks like

Your lots on a laptop, a printed code beside each one, everyone bidding from their own phone, and the results sheet before anyone has gone home.

See how it works

How a gala runs

Two hundred guests, nine live lots and a silent table of thirty. The silent lots close during dessert, the live lots go one by one with the auctioneer’s countdown on the screen, and the fund-a-need bar fills in real time. Settlement e-mails are out before the band starts.

Two people at a kitchen table adding the first lots to an auction, with a rehearsal badge on the screen.

See it work before you decide

Build the whole auction, print the codes and run a full rehearsal with a colleague bidding from their phone. Ten minutes and you will know whether this fits your evening.
