Built by people who hang art for a living
AuctionTool comes out of OnlineGallery.art, where artists and galleries show and sell their work. A benefit art auction is where our two worlds meet — and the reason this tool exists at all.
Building it all is free. You pay once, when you open the real bidding.

Art deserves a decent presentation
Each lot carries its image, its story and its maker — who made it, where, why they gave it. A lot that is introduced properly raises noticeably more than "lot seven, oil on canvas".
Artists need protecting too
A hidden reserve keeps a donated painting from selling for four euros because the room was distracted. And the artist’s name travels with the work: on the screen, in the winner’s e-mail, on the settlement sheet.
Finding work to auction is the hard part
We are the same people as OnlineGallery.art, where artists and galleries show their work. If your cause needs lots as well as software, talk to us — that combination is the one thing nobody else offers.
How an art evening runs
Fourteen works donated by local artists, each with its story on the screen as it comes up. The gallery’s mailing list bids from home through the live stream while the room bids from the floor. The artists get a note on Monday telling them what their work raised — which is why they say yes again next year.

See it work before you decide
Build the whole auction, print the codes and run a full rehearsal with a colleague bidding from their phone. Ten minutes and you will know whether this fits your evening.
